Key Work:
Paul, a partner in the commercial property team, has been practising law for over eight years.

His work has a broad scope and includes working with both corporate clients and private individuals on the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property for investment purposes – particularly in the office and industrial sectors.

Paul also advises both landlords and tenants on commercial leases and acts for developers in connection with the acquisition of sites for both residential and commercial development.

Paul’s specialist area of expertise is in telecommunications.

He regularly advises property owners on site disposal, site redevelopment and the negotiation of documentation for mast sites, rooftop installations, as well as in-building communications systems and large-scale fibre optic cable installations.

Paul feels that developing a real working relationship with a client – getting to know them and their business – is essential to deliver an individual and high quality service.

A regular contributor to bulletins and press releases, Paul also co- wrote an article published in ‘The Terrier’, the national journal for the Association of Chief Estates Surveyors in the Public Sector (ACES).

Background:
Paul was educated in Derbyshire, East Anglia and at the University of Sheffield.

And finally…
A lot of Paul’s time is now spent with his baby son, but when time allows mountain biking is a favourite pastime. He also loves snow boarding and has an almost obsessive love of music and going to live gigs.
