New Partner for Keeble Hawson's Litigation & Dispute Resolution team
Ian Hemingway has joined Keeble Hawson as a Partner, and Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in the Leeds office.
Initially trained as a barrister Ian qualified as a solicitor in 2002, whilst with Irwin Mitchell where he was an associate.
He has extensive experience acting for corporate clients in a broad range of commercial litigation disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and negligence claims.
In addition, Ian specialises in defamation law, including libel, slander and malicious falsehood and also acts in breach of privacy claims and media law matters.
