Gareth Owen

Key work:

Gareth has been practising in commercial property since 1977. Site acquisitions and disposals, estate management, business leases and secured lending are key areas, with Gareth’s particular interests being development work, construction and medical practices.

He is responsible for the Property team in Sheffield and his very broad range of experience also includes property development for housing or commercial developments and fast food restaurants.

His work is also characterised by his ‘can do’ attitude!

Background:

Born in North Wales and educated at Oxford University, Gareth has been a partner with Keeble Hawson for the last 12 years. He is also the Training and Corporate Social Responsibility partner, which is reflected in his commitment to the Cathedral Archer Project, a charity helping the homeless in Sheffield of which he is Trustee and Director and to the Rotherham Enterprise Board on which he sits as a board member.
