George Connell

George has been a solicitor for 35 years. Born in Sheffield, he trained in Liverpool and came back in 1975 to join the practice where his father was a solicitor.

George leads the Wills, Trust and Probate team where his key areas of expertise are estate and trust planning, administration of estates and the formation and administration of trusts for high net worth individuals.

George is a member of the Probate Section (Law Society) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

He is also the law clerk - and has been for the last 30 years - of the Sheffield Town Trust, which grants around £400,000 every year to charitable and public causes within the City of Sheffield.

George is married with four children. He also enjoys sport and is a keen golfer.
