Michael Peacock

Key Work:

Michael has been a solicitor for 15 years – all of them with a top UK law firm handling cases in a variety of jurisdictions, for a wide range of clients from individuals to PLCs.

Born in Northampton, Michael studied at the University of Hull and Chester Law School.

He has considerable experience of dealing with heavyweight commercial disputes and has litigated in the various divisions of the High Court and the County Court, as well as having considerable mediation experience.

He will also be leading the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Sheffield.

Specific areas of expertise and experience include engineering, retail, mortgage brokers, telecoms, lenders and steel and manufacturing.

Michael has also presented seminars and published articles on various aspects of contract law and civil fraud for clients and trade organisations across the country.
