Natalie Simms

Natalie Simms is a Partner in the Insolvency and Turnaround Department.

Key Work:

Natalie was born in Rochdale, but grew up and still continues to live in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Natalie has been with Keeble Hawson since 2000, originally as a trainee and since 2002 as a solicitor.

Based in the Leeds office with the Insolvency team, she has wide experience in her specialist field, dealing with organisations and individuals with equal competence and understanding.

Natalie acts for insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, partnerships and charitable organisations facing insolvency problems, together with individuals facing a whole host of insolvency difficulties. These can range from bankrupts and their spouses to families dealing with deceased insolvent estates.

Background:

Natalie’s work features commercially practical advice that helps to quickly resolve any insolvency problems, complemented by a clear understanding of complex matters and legal issues.

…and finally:

Natalie has two teenage boys, one of whom is shortly to be ‘dispatched’ to university and Clive – the family dog - who gets walked at 5am every morning.

Natalie is usually exercising at the gym by 6.30am every morning.

Any spare time is taken up with the Chairmanship of Branton Junior Football Club and watching both her boys play football – something that has been a feature of Natalie’s life for many years.
