Richard Fergusson

Richard is Head of our Insolvency and  Debt Collection departments and is also the Managing Partner of the Leeds office.

Richard is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has advised on numerous matters relating to insolvency and turnaround, including all forms of formal insolvency procedure and informal arrangements with creditors.

Richard has acted for a number of the main clearing Banks and Building Societies and other financial institutions such as Venture Capitalists.
