Martin leads our Claimant Personal Injury Department. He represents individuals who have sustained personal injuries arising from employers' liability and is a specialist in industrial disease litigation.

 

He is a member of the Law Societys prestigious panel of personal injury lawyers and he has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers for over ten years. He also advises in employment law and is a member of the Employment Law Association.

 

Martin is a non-executive Director of Forced Entertainment theatre company.
